Mental health services are facing unprecedented growth and expansion and an increased presence in the media with athletes and celebrities openly discussing their conditions. As such there has never been a more exciting time to join an NHS mental health provider.
This particular role is a Transactions Manager, and we are looking for individuals who may not be currently working in the NHS but if you have the relevant experience and desire to work in the NHS, we’d like to hear from you.
The Transactions Hub Manager is responsible for the management and effective running of the Trust’s accounts receivable, purchase to pay (procurement and accounts payable) and Cashiers functions as well as providing transactional management accounts activities for the Network Finance Business Partners, Internal Reporting team and Costing Accountant.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of the Trust’s treasury management requirements, ensuring cash flow forecasting is robust and all aspects of treasury management are underpinned by effective policies and procedures.
The post holder will ensure the development of a single help desk for the Transactions Hub and the development of materials / guides for routine finance queries from service colleagues to be available on the intranet.
