Seymour John are working in partnership with a leading Gloucester based organisation, who are recruiting a hands-on HR officer, to build HR processes and systems.

As a new function to the company, and working closely with the direction from a business leader, you will hit the ground running as the point of contact for HR, ensuring the employee experience is an efficient and effective one, and instil good HR practices throughout the business.
Duties will include initial development and ongoing maintenance of these areas and will therefore be important you have experience in the below areas:
A proven background as a HR Officer, this role is initially focused on setting up processes and systems to ensure compliance and that HR is a visible support function to the company and employees. A proven background from a SME business would be ideal to ensure a good cultural fit. This is a fast paced environment and you will need to be an incredibly hands-on individual, with a down-to-earth character. You will enjoy a fun and rewarding working environment in return. This role would suit someone who has moved into HR from an operations / management roles in the past.
