Our Client:

A renowned FMCG organisation, located in the heart of Shropshire, are currently expanding their HR team. Our client is recruiting for a Reward Analyst to help support their Reward Team.

You will be responsible for analysing pay/bonus activity and the submission of external salary benchmarking surveys. You will also support with regular audits to ensure integrity of reward/employee data and take responsibility to resolve any issues.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Benefits

• Support the flexible benefits annual renewal process; providing accurate employee data through cross-checking multiple sources of data
• Support the annual flexible benefits window process through UAT (User Acceptance Testing), data auditing and administering the holiday buy/sell approval process between internal and external stakeholders
• Support the maintenance and accuracy of employee data held in the flexible benefits platform
• Monthly audit of benefits entitlement; reconciliation of systems and external providers invoices, e.g. Private Medical Insurance
• Trends analysis and utilisation of benefits

Compensation

• Support the Compensation Manager in effectively delivering the pay review and bonus process through providing accurate and timely data
• Provide modelling and analysis to support yearly pay review decisions to be presented by the Compensation Manager in Executive meetings
• Provide data and modelling to support annual negotiations with Trade Unions
• Partner with the Compensation Manager to produce any statutory reports (Gender Pay etc
• Provide annual National Living Wage cost analysis
• Provide data, insight and analysis for annual Equal Pay Audit
• Complete annual salary surveys to support with benchmarking

Pension

• Ensure all employees are in the correct pension contribution structure and corresponding employee/employer contributions
• Support triennial re-enrolment by verifying data provided via payroll
• Support the Pension Governance Committee with  data or analytical requirements. Provide the appointed broker with accurate employee data and pension contributions.

Data Integrity

• Ensure the integrity of the Reward/Employee Data - This includes regular audits to highlight data errors and utilise dashboards to encourage continuous improvement across the function.
• Root cause analysis of any unexplained data anomalies

Other

• Ensure the Reward Intranet pages are accurate and fit for purpose
• Maintain and update the Terms & Conditions database ensuring all information up to date, accurate and suitable for the intended audience
• Identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills, modelling/statistical analysis. Ability to present complex data and analytics to cater for a wide range of audiences.
• CIPD Qualification/Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson Job Evaluation Tool
• Problem solving, building relationships with key stakeholders
