Our Client:
A renowned FMCG organisation, located in the heart of Shropshire, are currently expanding their HR team. Our client is recruiting for a Reward Analyst to help support their Reward Team.
You will be responsible for analysing pay/bonus activity and the submission of external salary benchmarking surveys. You will also support with regular audits to ensure integrity of reward/employee data and take responsibility to resolve any issues.
