A great opportunity for a Process Improvement Engineer to join a well-established team within their prototype Engineering division.
The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of process improvement activities focused around the businesses production areas, to enable business targets to be achieved. Your role will be to support the production team, through process improvement, stabalisation and standardisation. You will be responsible for quality improvements, support NPI through process development, management of various production teams and support the business across H&S and environmental improvements. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver in process improvement activities to achieve business targets by: identifying key issues and implementing an improved state, investigate process issues and resolve technical issues, implement process effectiveness via quality, lead time and cost, using PDCA techniques. Support production through application of process resource, facilitate the achievement of the production plan without compromising quality. Document solutions and standard operation and develop new processes to improve quality and capacity. The ideal candidate would be expected to:
