We are looking for an experienced payroll professional to oversee a small team of payroll officers an ensure the smooth running of the UK and Irish payrolls for 3000 employees.
This is a high volume, multi-site payroll manager role, and experience of managing multiple payrolls – coupled with knowledge of payroll, pensions, benefits administration and HMRC legislation is required.
You will have overseen a team previously and should demonstrate the aptitude to motivate staff while working to strict deadlines at times. This role requires you to sometimes work additional hours to ensure payments are made on time and high standards are maintained.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about payroll. You may be QBE or CIPP qualified, and should have demonstrable experience of managing multi-site high volume payrolls, administering pensions and should have a strong knowledge of payroll from start to finish including deductions, statutory payments, holiday accruals, benefits etc. In return for your expertise and commitment, out client offers excellent benefits including a car allowance, generous holiday, healthcare and death in service.
