This is a truly pivotal role within the business, reporting within a matrix structure. As a true HR Business Partner, you will manage your multi-site HR team and management team through change and transformation, ensuring employee well-being and business change initiatives are delivered to time and scale. As such we are looking for an exceptional individual to be at the helm of this transformation journey.
A proven background in manufacturing with 5 years or more as a HR Business Partner is a must. Experience working with unions is necessary for you to be successful. Having managed and delivered projects you will have years of transformational change experience. This is a fast-paced environment and you will need to be tenacious, driven and thrive working in a fast moving and change driven business; where adaptability and resilience are key indicators of performance.
