Group HR/ Payroll Manager | Oswestry-area (Hybrid working following probation) | £35,000 - £40,000 + Profit-related bonus| Permanent Job | 40 hours per week
Seymour John are working in partnership with an innovative and progressive business who are looking to hire an ambitious and hardworking Group HR/ Payroll Manager.
Stable and with a rich heritage, this PLC has a defined strategy in place to drive engagement and ensure an exemplary HR service. Contemporary in their approach, with a group headcount of approximately 900 staff, the team is agile and there is real scope to get involved in a broad remit of HR, payroll, and benefits projects. Furthermore, career development is encouraged and there is an excellent potential career opportunity available for an ambitious HR officer who’s looking to progress.
You will be:
You will be an experienced HR generalist, with the ability to work at strategic and operational levels, CIPD qualified or with a degree in Human Resources. You should be fully conversant, and committed to remaining up to date, with HR best practice and employment law. You should be comfortable managing and mentoring staff, and this role with have 2 + direct reports.
