I have been retained to assist a client recruit to a fixed term 12-15 month contract as Financial Services Manager. Following a secondment of an internal member of staff, the post is vital to managing the teams across two hubs in Leyland and Stoke. The organisation provides services to 24 CCG clients ensuring delivery of high quality information and consistent processes. As an integral part of the customer finance leadership team, you will ensure the organisation is the provider of market leading financial support services and the supplier of choice to customers, through consistent delivery to tight timescales but also, by ensuring innovative ways of working, being passionate about automation and using technology to ensure customer experience is of the highest quality.

Production of Financial Information & Returns
Financial Systems, Audit and Financial Control
CSU development plans
This role requires an excellent people person with strong leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and understanding of the importance of hitting deadlines and meeting targets. An real passion for automation, challenging processes and procedures, but also coming up with innovative ways of working, maximising the use of IT. The role does not necessarily need NHS experience, as plenty of internal support is available. The client would welcome applicants from all sectors, but shared service experience would be advantageous.

This is a band 8a level post, which is £44,606 to £50,819 + standard NHS benefits (35 days holiday etc).
