Our Client, a global market leader specialising in electrical products, renowned to deliver on specification and design.

The Opportunity

A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Software Engineering to join a well-established engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background having qualified within an Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree. You will have a full understanding of embedding software during the prototype stages of development during product design. The ideal candidate will have the aptitude to work on multiple projects at one time, working closely with the overall design team to deliver to recommended timescales of the project.

Skills and Knowledge:

• C Language software knowledge and implementation skills
• Technical approach and understanding of design
• Involvement in onsite customer meetings, liaising during and between pre-sales project reviews

• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, software, Electrical Eng degree, HNC, C&G, BTec Higher Professional Diploma or equivalent
• Good knowledge and understanding of embedding software
• C Language knowledge and skills
• Ideally you will be self-disciplined in achieving team objectives
• Sound technical knowledge and skills throughout the concept design stage
• Proven technical problem-solving skills, both as part of a team and individually
• Ability to deliver against project deadlines
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
