This role comes at an exciting time in the development of Pennine Lancashire ICP and therefore offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of the ambitious transformation and Improvement agenda. They are seeking an experienced finance professional with a strong track record of leadership and financial management obtained at or near Board level in a complex environment. As one of 7 participants in NHS Improvement’s Vital Signs Improvement Programme, the successful candidate will also bring expertise in improvement methodology as the lead for the programme across the Trust and the ICP.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills will be essential and you will bring the gravitas to influence and engage our stakeholders in the Trust and externally. Commercially astute and adaptable, you will bring your expertise and knowledge to the Board and will inspire ELHT’s dedicated Finance, Contracting, Information, Procurement, Estates and Facilities and I.T. teams. Most importantly you will share our values and put patients first in the delivery of Safe, Personal and Effective Care.
