One of Shropshire’s leading employers are recruiting for a newly created credit control team leader opportunity on a permanent basis.
This is an opportunity to use your experience in credit control to lead an area of the business, oversee a small team, and manage relationships internally and externally to ensure sales opportunities are maximized while also ensuring a reduction in DSO, debt and costs. There will be plenty of proactive work within this role – from internal sales meetings to discuss issues with accounts, to external customer meetings to enforce best practice and drive DSO as close to terms as possible.
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ credit experience and will have a confident collaborative working style, while also having the gravitas to make others’ accountable and to drive forward high output expectations within the team and the wider business. It would be desirable for you to have CICM-accreditation or be working towards it.
