Credit Controller | North Shropshire | £20-22000 per annum + 20 days’ holiday | 3% pension | 37.5 hr flexible working week (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a capable, knowledgeable Credit Controller to take responsibility for between 100 – 150 accounts. You will reporting into the Finance Manager and own the end to end process, therefore offering you variety and real ownership of your role within the business.
You will work closely with customer services and other internal teams. This role will involve varied duties including taking ownership of the credit control process, banking, raising credit notes, raising invoices, setting up customer accounts, attending and presenting at meetings and distributing statements as required.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced business, where delivering first-class service to customers and suppliers is key, therefore excellent communication skills are a must. You should be organized, methodical and able to work to deadlines. You should have good IT skills and ideally have experience of working with a ERP system (although not essential).
You will be a capable credit controller who is able to demonstrate a proven track record of reducing debt and maintaining your ledger.
