This is an extremely exciting time to join the Society and will require a CFO who aligns with the Society’s values and vision and ambitious growth strategy.
Established in Newport, South Wales in 1869, Monmouthshire Building Society is a purpose-led, strong, regional building Society which is primarily focused on providing residential mortgages and savings products. It is funded substantially by members’ savings accounts, and has a proud mutual heritage, playing an important part in its local communities.
As the CFO you will report to the Board through the Chief Executive, sharing responsibility for managing the Society's affairs and ensuring its success. The primary role is to accept responsibility for all routine Financial, Treasury and Accounting matters relating to the Society.
